There's a quote from a Tom Robbins book in here. It's from a bit where a grandmother is telling her moody, pubescent grandson to pick himself up and snap himself out of his pity-party, lest it become a habit and lead him into the Doomsday Daiquiri of clinical depression. This, she suggests, is done by, for example, playing loud blues music. I couldn't agree more. So here is a song full things I do to snap out of mine.
